ORDER INFORMATION |
METHODS OF ORDERINGAll items in Babycool’s site can be ordered :-
- Through e-mail;
All successful online orders will receive a system-generated “Order Acknowledgement” e-mail.
All off-line orders, placed either by e-mail or phone, will also be acknowledged by e-mail or phone. All discrepancy in the order must be notified within 24 hours.
All orders will normally be processed within 2 business days.
All orders are subjected to stock availability. If some or all of the items ordered are not in stock, your advice for partial delivery or adjustment of order will be sought within 3 business days.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
The receipt of an e-mail order acknowledgement or confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.
Babycool reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
ORDER TRACKING
Order status may be tracked online or off-line (by e-mail or call us with the Order Number).
ORDER ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION
Order may be altered or cancelled within 24 hours and/or before the order is processed and sent out. Alteration and/or cancellation may be done by e-mail or call us with the Order Number.
If order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame, full amount paid will be refunded.
Babycool reserves the right to impose a cancellation charge of 20% to 50% of the order if the alteration or cancellation is notified after 24 hours of ordering.
- A cancellation charge of 20% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made within 48 hours.
- A cancellation charge of 50% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made after 48 hours.
All our products, once sold, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return and exchange will only be allowed for items with manufacturer’s defects.
All returns must notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order and be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipts, in the original packaging with all the merchandise tags attached and in the re-sellable condition.
Returns may subject to re-stocking fee of 20%. No refund will be issued without a Return Acknowledgement Notice. Delivery or shipping charges are not refundable.
Babycool reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of any item that does not meet the above requirements.

For international orders, the following payment options are offered :-

All payments, must be in Malaysian ringgits and be drawn on a Malaysia bank, shall be made payable to "Babycool Enterprise ".
All related bank charges (clearance fee and commission) shall be payable by the customer. Therefore, please include an extra RM$30.00 for the related bank charges

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
DELIVERY OPTIONS
For international orders, the followings delivery options are made available :-
- Air parcel/standard shipping; or
- Courier/express shipping;
Subject to stock availability and orders load, all international orders will be delivered within 3 - 18 working days after the orders are confirmed and the payment is received.
Please note that the delivery time listed acts as a guideline only. The actual delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance, delays in the destination country, missed or cancellation of despatches.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Babycool reserves the right to refuse delivery to a post office box.
One-way shipping charges will be advised depend on the chosen delivery option in the confirmation e-mail.
Babycool does not charge any customs duties on international shipments, however we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are required by law to declare the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You are recommended to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.

PRICES
All prices displayed for the products on Babycool represent the retail price suggested by the manufacturer or supplier. All prices listed do not include any shipping/freight, tax, insurance or any other charges. No discounts will be given unless shown on our site or during special promotion.
Babycool reserves the right to make adjustment to any published price of any products due to input error, product discontinuation, and stock clearance, under the instruction of manufacturers and distributors, and errors in advertising.
TERMS OF WARRANTY
All the products on Babycool are supplied with the manufacturer’s standard warranty, if any. Babycool does not express or imply warranty.
CONFIRMATION, CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF ORDERS
An automated electronic acknowledgement will be sent to you within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. A message will be sent to you within 3 business days for further action if item ordered is unavailable.
No cancellation will be entertained once the order is confirmed and processed. Full amount paid will be refunded if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame. Babycool reserves the right to impose a cancellation charge for late notifications. Refer to our Order Information for details.
All products with exception of faulty products, once sold, are non-returnable. All returns must be notified within 3 days of receipt of your order and be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. All returns may subject to re-stocking fee. Babycool reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of any item that does not meet the requirements stated in our Order Information.
